Android app not recognising premium subscription

Anyone else experiencing problems with the Android app not recognising your premium subscription? Tried logging out and in again, multiple times. Also uninstalled and reinstalled the app. The moment I try to access a project that I created yesterday on the app, it gives me an error indicating that as a free user, I can't access a premium image in that project. If I access the same project from my Windows desktop app, I can edit it just fine. This is beginning to be quite an annoyance. This only started happening in the last 48 hours.

I just saw the following post on the Facebook group, Adobe Express Insiders (it's a private group but anyone can join):

 

"The adobe team are hard at work fixing the mobile app issues.

We are sorry for any incoveniences that may have arisen due to this issue.
Please continue to use the desktop version for the moment, we will put out an site wide notice when the problem has been fixed.
 
Thanks for your patience."

History unavailable on mobile only Using Adobe Express Android app I can log in & see my latest project only. On my desktop PC all my earlier projects are visible. Tried clearing cache logging in, using incognito but nothing changes

I have the same problem on my iPhone. It's driving me nuts!

Do you also have the Adobe Creative Cloud Mobile App? If you do and you're signed in there, try signing out and back in like you did with the Adobe Express app.

I've never used it before on my mobile phone, but after your suggestion, I installed it. Verified my account using the authenticator app, and Express is still not recognising my subscription on the android app.

Thanks for your reply, but unfortunately it ignores everything I've described as my efforts to resolve this issue. 

As for support, if they were efficient, I would have no reason to resort to posting my issue on this forum. 

A more meaningful solution suggestion will be appreciated. 


Oops sorry.  I had not intended to present this as a solution. I realise, after further reading, that while my difficulty may have some similarity it is best dealt with as a distinct issue probably linked to sycnhronising.  Here's hoping that solutions are forthcoming very soon.
