how do I get to the "animate from audio" tool from the main screen of express? I don't see a link anywhere

Hello, you can find Animate from audio by scrolling down to Suggested Quick Actions. Just above the thumbnails on the right click the View All text. In the new window under all scroll down until you see Animate from audio.
