With the new changes it automatically updates the URL to new.express.adobe and I can't figure out how I can update an old page I sent links out to without breaking that old link. Does anyone know how I can do that?

You may need to first unpublish the old webpages, edit them, and then republish them so the new, updated content is available on the Adobe Express webpages.
Making changes to the webpage and selecting the Republish option would also solve your purpose.
