@Sangameshwar31719328jbla, I'm sorry, but the new version of Adobe Express doesn't have the auto-arrange feature for photo collages like the old version. You'll need to arrange photos manually for now. If you want this feature back, please suggest it here on the Adobe Express UserVoice page. Alternatively, you can use PS Express, which has an auto-arrangement feature for collages.
