Being charged as a Full Sail Student

Hello, I was prompted to pursue a trial to access my Full Sail student ADOBE account. Why is this happening? I was told it should be free.

I looked up Full Sail and see that it is a university in Florida. Some schools provide Adobe applications for their students and faculties; others do not. If your school does, then you need to talk to your IT department about how to use it with the school's credentials. You cannot go straight to Adobe yourself. This cannot be resolved on the Adobe Express forum.

Let us know what your IT department tells you.
