Question

Blurred images

Again and again, the images are not displayed in high resolution in ‘Your content’ and are only blurred. Even when downloading. According to the community, the problem seems to have been known in Indesign as well. Does anyone have a solution?

Hello @Me_We, thank you for your message. We're sorry to hear that your images appear blurry in “Your content”, that shouldn’t be happening. Sometimes the preview shows a compressed version, but exports are expected to be in high resolution. To help us investigate, could you let us know the file format and resolution of your original images, and whether this affects all projects or just specific ones? A screenshot or short screen recording would also be beneficial. In the meantime, try clearing the cache or restarting your device, also make sure you are using the latest version of the app.

Thanks,

Chaimaa

Hi chaimaa.7,

I have now found out that it happens when the image storage is too large. In other words, I have stored too many photos in a row in the template area. As soon as I radically empty it, all photos are displayed again in their original resolution. Problem solved - but not obvious at first glance.

Best regards
