Brands - Templates & sub folders

We are are experimenting with moving our brand from Canva to Adobe Express. I have a few questions mainly surrounding Brands space.

1.) In Canva we had a file that was assigned as a 'brand template' which any member of the org could make their copy of and work on. When I updated the master template file it updated the template. Is this possible in Adobe Express? It seems like to update the template I have to save it again making a new template. This leads to the links I had previously sent out for this template no longer being valid? Maybe i'm missing something. 

2.) Do we forsee any organisation or structure for sub folders being added under templates and assets in 'Brands'?  So I can seperate templates per department and organise Assets for illustrations, icons, photos etc making it easier for people to browse and find. Thank you!
