Can I edit templates that I have made?

Hello all,

I've made a few templates and have been asked to change a few elements. However, It doesn't seem that I can edit a template file I've made myself. I can make a new file, but not edit the template itself. Is that correct?

The Latest Version of Adobe Express allows you to edit previous templates once they have been converted to their new version. Our engineering team has recently fixed some reported bugs. Would you mind sharing if you're still experiencing this issue?
