Can I make a 30 x 40 in poster in Adobe Express?

I have an assignment to make a poster that's 30 x 40 in, and I've gotten used to using Express. Based on my research so far, it looks like I can only make posters up to 20 x 20. Is it possible for me to make a poster with the same proportions in Adobe, then resize it elsewhere to print? As I said, I've gotten used to Express and I'd rather not learn another program while trying to do this project, but I will if I have to. Otherwise, is there a better way than I'm thinking to go about this, or are there simply no solutions?
