Can't access my file due to Stock Image recognition

Express is stating that it can't recognize the stock image that I used via from the program while creating a post. It won't let me go into the file to edit the content or even change the image. I feel like I'm losing a few hours worth of work. Is there any way to access the file if the program can't "recognize the stock image"?

Are you still having trouble with the same?

I want to inform you that Adobe Servers were under maintenance on the 9th of April.

Hopefully, you can now access the file and apply changes to the stock image.
