Can't connect to Pinterest Linked Business account

Hi,

 

I have a Pinterest Business account which is linked to my personal account. This means that I use my personal account's login for both.

 

When I connect to Pinterest with my credentials, I get connected to my Personal Account. No option for the Linked Business Account.

 

Has anyone encountered this?

Just to confirm — are you using a Pinterest Business account that’s linked to a personal account, where both share the same login? If so, it’s possible that when connecting through Adobe Express, it defaults to the personal profile without giving you the option to switch.

If that sounds like your situation, here are a few steps to try:

  • Fully log out of Pinterest on your browser and any active sessions.

  • Clear your browser's cache and cookies.

  • In Adobe Express, go to Settings > Social accounts, and try reconnecting your Pinterest account.

  • During the login process, look for any prompt to choose between profiles, and make sure to grant access to the business account.

Hi chaimaa,

 

it is exactly as you wrote. I am using a Pinterest Business account that’s linked to a personal account, where both share the same login. When connecting through Adobe Express, it defaults to the personal profile without giving the option to switch.

 

I tried the way you suggested but it doesn`t work. I can't select the business profile. When i post it appears on my personal profile 😞 Any further ideas?
