Can't delete folder in Adobe Express

Hi,

When I try to delete a folder in Adobe Express I made a long time ago, I can't delete it because it says the folder still contains projects I need to move out of it first. The thing is, there are no projects in it, it's empty. There's only one subfolder in it which I've already emptied too, but then this subfolder can't be deleted for the same reason.. Does anyone know how to solve this?

Hello @QuentinRoche , it is not possible to delete a folder containing projects. If you attempt to do so, you'll receive a message saying you must remove the projects first.

Hi Ashlynn,

Are you still encountering the issue? I was able to reproduce it at first but it appears to be working now.

Hi David,

Thank you for looking into it. I just checked and nothing has changed unfortunately. What is a bug anyway? 🙂

Thank you for testing, would it be possible to share a couple screen shots of the error for each folder? I tried recreating it again but it is still working okay for me. Is the email you use here on the forums the same as you use to log into Creative Cloud Express with? A bug is just something not working correctly in the software. Thanks for your help on this 🙂
