Can’t find old Spark projects

New Here ,
Jun 15, 2022 Jun 15, 2022

I can't find my old Spark projects when I log in on a browser on a desktop, yet they appear in the Creative Cloud Express app on my phone. The Creative Cloud desktop app also shows nothing under "Your files."

How can I access my old files on a desktop? I have sync turned on but nothing is syncing between the mobile app and the desktop.

Hi Levi,

Other than John & Bob's suggestions I'd also double-check that you are using the same email address on the desktop as on your phone. You might also want to test in a few different browsers on the desktop too in case it is some kind of cookie or cache issue.

Best,

Dave

I've moved this from the Using the Community forum (which is the forum for issues using the forums) to the CC forum Adobe Expresss forum so that proper help can be offered.
