The Adobe Express ipadOS app login area does not display the keyboard or provide an option to show it.
If I use the Safari icion at the top right it also hides the keyboard until I display it so there is some setting to hide keyboard. I don't understand the logic of doing this and it makes the experience of using the app poor.
Thanks for reaching us. This shouldn't be happening. Would you mind telling us what iOS version is running on the iPad? Also, could you check if the keyboard works normally for other applications on the iPad?
Please try restarting the device, and ensure that it runs on the latest iOS version and has the latest Adobe Express version.
