Can't see my projects on the Adobe Express mobile app?

Hello, community!

I have created a few projects and templates on my desktop but would ideally like to develop new designs based on those templates from my mobile. For some reason, I can see those projects on my desktop but not on my mobile. Any reason why?

To be more specific; Instagram posts.

Thanks!

Hi @James26755294ysnl,

Thank you for reaching out.

Ensure you're logged into your Adobe Express mobile app with the same Adobe ID/Email, that you used to create your projects on the Adobe Express Web, and you will be able to view them on your phone.

Anyone else still having issues with this? I signed into Adobe Express on my mobile using the same Adobe ID and I can't see any of the existing projects that I created from my desktop. Nothing is synchronizing for me and my internet connection is very fast. Will Adobe be looking into this in a future update? We would really appreciate if it worked on mobile.

Could you let us know which version of the Mobile app you are using? Please see this post for additional context:

I'm gonna be honest with you. I appreciate the response and report. But ADOBE does not want to be synced because something this simple should not be happening to me. I work for a nonprofit organization that's worth millions of dollars in for me to do projects not only for my job, but for my side business and I have this issue tells me using the mobile app is not worth it. Because when I try to do work on the laptop, hoping it will sync over and when I'm using my iPad or laptop it tells me that nothing it will sync. I'm gonna have to use Canva or another app, because at least will sync when I use a different device. I don't have time to scrub through forums and wait for Adobe Support to respond in 2-3 days when I have real deadlines with money and my reputation on the line. I'm not worried about my reputation or the money. I am in time I'm investing into their product, so why should I give them more after I'm done? I'm going to have to train myself on another system or app, that is reliable and compatible on different devices. All of your checklist items listed has already been checked. Everything I have is updated; it's ADOBE. They are not interested in syncing. They are not interested in working with me or anyone who has posted, and now that I had to do my project on my desktop, I can't access it on my tablet and I look like an idiot when I'm meeting with my managers or potential clients, that's no longer going to be the case. After I finish my last two projects on Express, I'm going to deactivate and not use Adobe Express anymore. It's not worth it. I can't afford to look like an idiot during a meeting that can make me which is leading to a promotion, to show what I can do,  but I know I'll lose a contract because the software doesn't wanna work for me . I don't have the time, and if they're not willing to be honest and respond back to me directly, they don't deserve my business.

The idea that something that worked great syncing in an older version only to be updated and not work like it used for months with the empty promise of "update coming soon to mobile" is causing us to move more and more of our work over to Canva.

At least with Canva, my team can build templates and still share them to mobile devices. Adobe 'bricked' a great product by not working out the bugs in syncing with mobile and desktop/web versions of Express.

I have found this too, yet nothing I do changes anything. I've tried refreshing the app, signing in/out, I actually uninstalled and reinstalled the app yet none of my new projects show up. They eventually do, but there doesn't seem to be a rhyme or reason. I'll jump on a week later and those projects from last week are there, but if I worked on something same day, it will never appear in my mobile library. I have to download and email every file to myself - super annoying g

Hi @FivePointBridgeland,

Thank you for getting in touch.

The synchronisation will only take place within the Adobe Express desktop version and your Adobe Express app. If you want to keep your phone library up to date, you'll have to download the images separately each time you need an updated version.

Kind regards,

~Lyn 🙂

Same problem here. Recently created projects on the web version, doesn't show up on my mobile App (using macOS and iOS on up-to-date versions). Really really annoying, but the most annoying thing is not getting feedback and just reading the same replies from you.

Hi @Eduardo MS, & @Paul Karns  ,

I'm sorry you're also having difficulties.

Would you mind sharing more context on how these files were created, e.g. with the Beta version of Adobe Express or the current version of Adobe Express?

Thanks, Lyn!

I simply logged out and back into Adobe Express on my phone and my projects appeared for editing. My next concern was that I couldn't edit projects I had shared with another user - a message said I should revert to the desktop.  Not ideal but once I removed the user, I was able to work on the project from my phone. Perhaps collaborative projects could be edited from mobile devices in the future.

Thanks for your help, Lyn.

@defaultvb68eddpt65r  Great!

This sounds like an excellent feature idea, and I'll let our team know about it.

I'd also like you to post your suggestion here, for it to get more exposure as the Adobe Express app is just the beginning and we welcome all feedback to continuously improve this app.

Many Thanks,

~Lyn 🙂
