Can't upload files to Adobe Express

Apparently my Adobe Express is completely broken. I can't even drag and drop a simple image. Let alone upload multiple files or connect it to external cloud apps such as OneDrive.

Perhaps I am getting somewhere... I am unable to see my plan in account details.
