Cannot connect my Instagram or Facebook account to scheduling

Hi, 

 

When I go to connect my socials account, it always say 'connection failed'. I have cleared my cache and hard refreshed so many times, and nothing is happening still. My instagram is a business account that is connected to my Facebook - any suggestions why this is happening?

UPDATE

 

I have managed to connect my Facebook, but Instagram is still failing.
