Cannot download PDF files

I cannot seem to download PDF versions of my project. PNG and JPG are working just fine, but PDF will get to 90% and stop. It never finishes downloading.

Will not allow download of PDFs currently (only allows you to download as individual pages and not as one cohesive document).

I have been trying to download PDFs through Adobe Express for a couple weeks. At first, every time I would try to download a project as a PDF, the download would get to 90% and then eventually tell me the download failed. I am now getting the error message "Download Failed: A network connection error occurred while downloading your file. Please check your internet connection and try again" despite my internet connection being fine.

I just came across your thread and would like to know if you still require help, as our engineering team fixed some bugs.

 

In the meantime, you can clear your browser cache and cookies, ensuring you have installed the latest Browser version using a different browser or in incognito mode.

Welcome to the community! We're sorry to hear about this. Just to confirm, are you unable to download a PDF? If so, at what percentage does it get stuck? Are you able to download it on your desktop? Is it happening with all PDFs?

 

Try restarting the device or signing out and signing in again to check if that helps.

 

We're here to help, just need some info.

Hi there – the issue seems to be resolved this morning, although downloading was still a fairly slow process. It took about 20-30 seconds, but the PDF did download successfully!

@Lauren24451357clfy, I haven't been able to replicate this issue on Edge. Kindly try the above troubleshooting steps and give it retest it.

This issue appears to still exist over a year later? PDF of multiple pages says it downloads in Safari, but doesn't. Individual page PDF attempt hangs at 90% then fails.

Thanks for reaching out! Could you please let us know what error message you're seeing while trying to download the PDFs? Since when have you been seeing this issue? Have you tried downloading them on a desktop?
