Cannot open a shared project

Question

My students are using Adobe Express to create their presentations but when they share invite me to edit and I click on the email link to open their project and start collaborating I get the following error message:

Hi Vanessa,

Thank you for writing. Could you try sharing after clearing the cache and cookies of the browser you're using, or you may also try to work in incognito browser mode to see if that makes any difference? Also, Is it happening with a specific project or with all projects? Would it be possible to share a screenshot of the error for reference?
