Cannot publish webpage and I am school admin

Hi,

I am trying to publish a webpage for sharing in adobe Express. When I try I get an error saying I don't have permission to publish and I should contact the adminstrator of the account to turn on permissions. This is an educator account and I am the adminstrator. I see no place to turn on permissions. What am I missing?

Did this ever get resolved? I am in the same boat -- school admin and I get those same errors. My students don't get the "publish to web" buttons on their webpages or videos they've worked on, too. Googling the issue returns a lot of people having the same problems and they always end with someone from support asking the person to private message their account number as opposed to actually posting what the fix should be. It's quite aggrivating.

Thanks for the quick reply. I just don't understand what Adobe is doing. They allow for schools to have enterprise accounts, but there is seemingly zero to little support. I have been told by humans on the phone and chatbots online to contact the administrator to have specific permissions turned on and I keep telling them I am the administrator, but there is no option for me to find to turn on said permissions. It goes nowhere with them.
