Change of language

Hi there,

Look, i live in Japan, but i can't read Japanese, when i log into my account for adode spark, it always show Japanese language at first, i have to log off and log in again for English, if i refresh the page... it's going back to Japanese.

What can i do?

Is this happening with Adobe Express Webapp or with other webpages/webapps too? Would you mind checking the default or preferred language set on your browser?

Additionally, try working on a different browser or incognito/private browsing mode or clearing out the browser's cache and cookies to check if that makes any difference.

Hi, 

Yes.. it's with Webapp.. i have to log in with google.. it's in english.. then the app shows everything in Japanase.. have to log off, then log in again to have it in english, everything is set to english language tho. I use firefox.

I have the same problem - forever!! I live in Switzerland (the french part by the way!) and every so often everything changes to German (because Adobe thinks I must speak German as I am in Switzerland...). Please can you STOP the automatic language change?

I'm just running into this problem for the first time today.. very frustrating I can't figure out how to get it into English!
