cmyk colour profiles missing

When I export a PDF file for printing, I can choose between several CMYK profiles.
However, the profiles most commonly used for the European market are not implemented.

When will they be added? I am talking about:

ISO coated v2 (eci)

ISO coated v2 300% (eci)

ISO uncoated

ISOnewspaper26v4

Or when will it finally be possible to install custom profiles?

Thank you for nothing! So Adobe has an employee who reads this here and the only reaction is, to tell the paying clinet to invest even more time to transfer the complain somewhere else in the hope that there are people that care more about the issues? I could tell you what you can do with this recommend, but maybe minors will read here.
