Creating a product/feature similar to Dreamweaver

MAX feature request - for Education (k-12) would be great to have a product that enables students to create websites using HTML/CSS (similar to Wordpress, square space, dreamweaver). Being able to customize on their own and learning the foundations of HTML/CSS
