Creative Cloud Express - Library Sharing Not Working

Im having issues seeeing my shared libraries in my ceative cloud express, nor can my clients see the libraries i share with them. The only way I can see a library that is shared with me is by clicking the 'Start Collaborating' button link from the email notification i received. But from there if I navigate back to my 'Shared Libraries' it says 'No Libraries Are Shared With You'. Any ideas why libraries arent syncing?

Hi @Think Adventure ,

 

I'd like to inform you that the issue you described has been resolved.

 

For any libraries you've already shared, please follow the mentioned steps:

  1. Goto https://assets.adobe.com/more-libraries
  2. Find the desired libraries you want to show up under "Shared with you" and "Add" them.
 

After doing this, the shared libraries should show up in both locations:
https://assets.adobe.com/libraries
https://express.adobe.com/sp/libraries/shared

 

Note: For all new libraries that are shared, they will automatically show up in the 'Shared with you' view.

Thanks for reaching out; this shouldn't be happening. Could you tell us what platform are you working on (iOS, Android or Web app)? Since when have you been having trouble with this issue?  Is this happening only with libraries shared recently or with all the libraries? 

 

Could you please try signing out and then signing in again?

We are here to help just need some more info.
