Question

Dear Adobe, Please stop changing everything to be usable!

Did Adobe recently get a new CEO or something? They have been making interface changes to EVERYTHING. Adobe Collage Maker used to be super simple to use, but now they have [cursing removed] and I can't figure out how to load MY OWN photos to quickly create a collage.

First, they "redesigned" Acrobat to be completely unusable, and now this??

If anyone in charge at Adobe is reading this: FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, please stop changing the apps so that we need to take a lesson every time we want to use any of your products!!

  • The current CEO at Adobe has been CEO for 16 years. Adobe does not have a new CEO.

  • Not everything got interface changes. InDesign got close to nothing new

  • You can revert Acrobat:
To enable the new experience, go to View > Enable new Acrobat and click Restart.
    To disable the new experience,
    • Windows: Click the hamburger menu ( 3 lines ) at the upper left corner and choose Disable new Acrobat.
    • macOS: Go to View > Disable new Acrobat.
  • Acrobat questions go here: https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat/ct-p/ct-acrobat

  • Each team is in charge of their own application and there is no one to oversee not changing "all" the apps. You can request this of each team if you feel strongly.

The way your question was answered indicates Jane-e defintely works or is affiliated with Adobe.  I agree that Adobe gets you used to working with a specific "way of doing things" within Acrobat and then just completely changes it "for your benefit".

Are you definitely sure about this? 😊 Sorry but I don't, as I said in the post you replied to.
