descargas en mala calidad

hola comunidad, tengo un plan de pago, pero a la hora de descargar mis proyectos los hace en baja calidad, tengo un ipad y me sale mejor hacer una captura a descargar o imprtar, aunque deberia ser de mejor calidad pero es todo lo contraerio ¿algun consejo?

Thanks for reaching out! Could you please let us know which file format you're downloading the project in? Also, when have you been seeing this issue? Did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) or incognito mode to see if it makes a difference? 

 

Also, try clearing the browser's cache and cookies, and restarting the browser and try again. For more information on how to clear cache and cookies check this link- https://adobe.ly/4a5ipUF and how to use incognito mode- https://adobe.ly/4a2UzZV

 

If that doesn't work, try switching the network and see if that makes any difference.

Hola!

Antiguamente he trabajado con la herramienta y he logrado descargar en formato PNG en altacalidad, actualmente no me deja hacerlo. 

Intente borrando el cache y cookies, haciendolo desde el modo incognito y usando el navedor de Microsoft Edge tanto de una ventana convencional como del modo incognito y sigue descandome en una resolución baja.
