Hello,

I created a project (funeral mass program)..  When I download it to print, I chose download as PDF.  When I go to print double sided, it prints the 2nd page upside down on the back of the first page. I have tried everything to correct the issue with no luck.

I need to get these programs printed and ready for the service tomorrow.  Any assistance is appreciated.

Thanks

Lisa

Hey Lisa,

This could likely be an issue with the printer workflow. Can you try to print any other double-sided document to check if it works the same way?

Regards,

Amitej

Hi Lisa,

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble printing your funeral mass program double sided. I can help you troubleshoot this issue.

The most likely cause of the problem is that your printer is set to print on the short edge of the paper when you're printing double sided. This means that the second page will be printed upside down on the back of the first page.

To fix this, you need to change the printer setting to print on the long edge of the paper when you're printing double sided.

Here are the steps on how to do this:

  1. Open the printer settings.
  2. Click on the "Paper Handling" tab.
  3. Under "Duplex Printing", select "Long Edge Binding".
  4. Click on "Apply" or "OK".

Once you've changed the printer setting, try printing your program again. The second page should now print correctly.

If you're still having trouble, you can try the following:

  • Make sure that your printer is set to the correct paper size.
  • Try printing a different PDF file to see if the problem is with the program you created.
  • Try printing the program from a different computer.

If you've tried all of these things and you're still having trouble, you can contact your printer manufacturer for support.

I hope this helps!

Best,

Daniel
