Good Morning,

I noticed I do not have a "download" button available on my adobe express project- only a "share" button. Any idea why I cannot download?

Thanks,

Matt

Hey @interesting_Rocket2505, Thanks for sharing the project links. Looking at the URL, I see that all these projects are web page projects, and as of now, it is not possible to download web page projects in Adobe Express.

You can only export posts and video projects. The project export formats are MP4, JPG, PNG, and PDF.

You can check and upvote this feature request for the same here: https://adobeexpress.uservoice.com/forums/951181-adobe-express-beta?query=webpage%20export

Our product team looks after this and might contact you asking for more info if required.

Let us know if this helps!

Best,

Amitej

Amitej,

Thanks for your replies. How would I make these projects into posts instead of a webpage? Second question-if I share the link to the webpage with others, can they view it themselves?

Hi @interesting_Rocket2505,

For 'How would I make these projects into posts instead of a webpage?' This is not available in Adobe Express. You can submit your feedback on the ink shared above. Also, if you share the webpage with someone else, they can view/Edit it as you share them the access.

Regards,

Tarun

Hi@interesting_Rocket2505,

We're sorry to hear about the difficulties. Is it happening with all Adobe Express files or with specific file? Did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) or incognito mode to see if it makes a difference?

Also, try clearing the browser's cache and cookies, restarting the browser and trying again. For more information on how to clear cache and cookies check this link- https://adobe.ly/4a5ipUF and how to use incognito mode- https://adobe.ly/4a2UzZV

If the above-mentioned steps don't work,  please make sure that the network endpoints listed on https://adobe.ly/4a7ZI2M are allowed.

Regards,

Tarun

Hi Tarun,

I did try multiple different browsers and the incognito mode, nothing worked and will not allow me to download these files.

Hey @interesting_Rocket2505, Thanks for responding. Please provide a screenshot or a screen recording so we can share it with the team to investigate this. We'd also need the project URL to check this. You can create a dummy project and share the URL with us here.

Also, I'll be branching out your post to a fresh one, so the older post's relevance is maintained.

Thanks!
