Download error please help

I keep getting this error when i try to download, I cleared cookies and cashes files and still same error sadly

Please provide us with more info on the issue so we can investigate it.

Let us know what kind of project you are trying to download. Which export option did you select? Does it happen with all the projects, or is it with one specific project? What browser are you working on? Did you try working on any other browser? 

If possible, please share a screen recording of the workflow that brings up this error.

I'm currently in the talks with CS and invited them to the project and they also couldn't download so they took some browser logs and waiting for them to come back to me but more hands won't hurt right?

I'm kinda new to this so excuse me if I don't name something correctly!

First of all I think I'm working on a normal video? I started from scratch, uploading some images and videos and editing them together with a bunch of transactions
I don't think it gave me an option to export, I just clicked the download button at top right of the screen
This was my first project so I might try another smaller project and see if I have the same issue

I did the project on google chrome, I tried to download it from edge but was same error sadly and adobe doesn't work with firefox at all
The error only appears when I try to download, it goes up to 20% saying "Gathering data" then the error appears
I also tried clearing all cashed files and cookies but didn't help either

Lemme know if there is any more data I can provide that would help fix this issue, my brother's birthday is soon and the video is for him x.x

SOLVED!!!!

Thanks to CS, apparently there was a corrupt file that screwed the downloading
(I dunno how to mark this as solved, sorry x.x)
