Download large video made on Express in mp4 format

Hi! I've made a video on Adobe Express, but it only downloads in a crdownload format instead of mp4, indicating an incomplete download. My video is large, it's 25 minutes, so I suspect this contributes to the crdownload format. How can I export or download the video so that it is in a usable format, like mp4? Thanks!

Thank you for reaching out, and I'm sorry to hear you're having difficulties. I wasn't able to replicate the issue. Our engineering team has recently fixed some reported bugs. Could you please confirm if you're still experiencing this issue?

When you go to download, you should have a dropdown box with the option to download your video as MP4.

In the meantime, you can try clearing your browser cache and ensuring you have installed the latest Browser version or use a different browser. If the problem persists, don't hesitate to let me know.
