Hi everyone! Every time I download the PNG or JPG files, it turns out to be kind of blurry for some reason. Do you know how to fix it by any chance? I use a free version. Maybe this is the reason?

Thank you for your response. 

The iOS version I am using is macOS Monterey 12.3.1. I am using Creatice Cloud Express on the web (Safari).

I have tried to create a new project with other images and it seems that downloaded file is clear.

What about that blurry project I would like to pay attention that while I am editing project on a web it seems clear with no blurry effect. Also, as you noticed the font in a downloaded project is also blurry.

Thanks for the info.

This could be an image file specific issue. However, there is a workaround you could try:

  • Try to download the project in pdf format.
  • Use CCX or any application(acrobat) to convert pdf to a jpeg/png.

Thanks for reaching out, and sorry for the trouble. This shouldn't be happening, even if you use the free version.

 

Would you mind telling us, since when are you having trouble with this issue? Is it happening with all the images or any specific ones? Which platform (Android/iOS) or browser are you working on? 

Would you mind sharing the screenshot of the project?

 

Meanwhile, If you're working on any browser, could you try clearing the cache and cookies and restarting it. You may also try on incognito mode.

I am working with iOS.  I have cleared the cache and cookies and restarted it but the result is the same. I have attached the file of the project.

Thanks for your response, Would you mind telling us the device iOS version and also the Creative Cloud Express version you're working on?

Also, is it happening with other images or with the specific one you've shared?
