Download PNGs with transparent background

Hello. I've removed the background on an image, and now want to download, but I cannot see an option to download PNG with transparent background on the new version of Adobe Express. Can someone tell me where I can find this? Thanks!

Hi @default31727496p2gu8m 

You may need to open the option along the top for setting the background color and set it to transparent there (option with a diagonal cross-through line). After doing so the option to download a PNG with a transparent background should be available.

I do the step above but when I download the image in png the background is still white. No matter in whay format I save it the background is white (PDF). Even if I removed the background of the image and see a cheker board under my image.

Have you tried logging out and logging back in? It might help reset the settings.
