Downloading

Would you mind telling us what kind of project(post/video/PDF) you are having trouble downloading? Is it just one project, or can all the projects not be downloaded? 

Can you try it after clearing the cache/cookies of the browser you're working on? Also, ensure you're using a recommended browser with Javascript enabled. See more info here: https://helpx.adobe.com/express/system-requirements.html
