As of now, only static QR codes can be created using Adobe Express. However, you can do some design customizations in the app. Generating a dynamic QR code is something our team is working on; You can find the status for it here; feel free to upvote it to let our product team know about your interest in it. You can also refer to this community article for detailed info: Dynamic QR-Code, pls NOT as default
