Question

Express becoming useless as a colab tool

everytime i try to share a project with a client, they get that they have to be a premium member to even copy edit it. this is not anywhere ideal, so I still end up having to render it out, and send them have them screenshot it and show me what they want

if I'm a premium member, why does it matter if they are or not, canva is much better in this process

Hi

@JameyCic

,

I would like to inform you that if you used Premium features indicated by a crown icon, like Erasing unwanted areas in your design, your free collaborator can't adjust the premium feature settings. If you used premium content to create your design, such as premium Adobe Stock images or videos, your free collaborator will be unable to license the premium content and can’t export the file. This also applies to premium fonts.

Please check this article for more info- https://adobe.ly/3XN34nC

Adobe Express even locks my own brands logos as premium content - so NO one can collab with any of our templates we set up for interns and clients. Pretty useless.

Hi

@Andrew34617891er0m

Welcome to the community! Could you clarify your issue? Are your brand assets and templates locked because you are a premium user, because your collaborators are not premium, or because you were previously a premium user but have now downgraded to a free plan? Let me know so I can better assist you!

Regards,

Tarun
