This program did not install on my pc. I cannot go online to all the time to use it. Microsoft Store does not work on my pc, after investigation, it appears it is a bug in the version of windows that I have running. Opening the store does not download any programs, I have to get the installation files and install manually. I mostly am not in areas with internet signal and have to have my programs working on my pc. How can I get it? If some one can please send it me os show me the direction I have to take

I am running Win 10 Pro OS Build 19045.3930 My Device is up to date with all updates and meet all systems requirements to run these programs, in fact, they were available on my device until some of the updates were done and these programs disappeared, I cannot even download and install Windows Store app.

You might want to contact Microsoft support.
I found one post where someone was missing the "Windows" Store App and succeeded in getting it back,
If that answer doesn't work for you, start a new post on the Microsoft forum. Once you have the Microsoft Store App installed again, you should be able to install Adobe Express.

I have followed all the suggestions, gone through all the steps including the last one, whick said to reset my computer, nothing worked, Microsoft store does not install and other apps from the store will not install without it.

Your question is a more of a Microsoft question that an Adobe question until you get the Microsoft Store functioning. Try the Microsoft forums. The experts there might be able to better assist.

If it were my computer, I would back it up first, then reinstall Windows, but I'm not a Windows expert.
