Express webpage won't save - photo grid issue

Ever since Adobe Express migrated/updated/whatever to its current iteration, we've been unable to save our webpage project (our base newspaper) whenever we try to use a photo grid. It gets stuck with the saving wheel on the cloud icon. We've tried different browsers, different computers, different internet, incognito mode, etc, and nothing works. We can't be the only ones having this issue. What is going on?

I've been having the same issue with a few webpages that we use as newsletters as well. I've been working on a webpage in Express for over an hour, and I did the photo grid first and it looked like it was good to go. Now, I can't close the page because it won't save my progress--the cloud icon shows it is not saved. So frustrating to have to lose all of our progress.

Hi @New327891620lc7,

Sorry to hear about that.

We know the issue, and the product team is working on it.

Can you please let us know which devices you used and the different browser versions? Do you see an error message? Did you add your own photos or those from Stock? Those details will help us to understand. Please share a screenshot of the grid.

We're here to help and looking forward to hearing from you.

Thanks,
^Winnie

Both with Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome. I need a workaround. I use Spark for school music concert programs...we have a concert in six days!!!
