Failed to Fetch

I've been trying to download a storyboard I made and it keeps saying Failed to Fetch, but will download in other formats. I had to download each board seperatly as pictures and hop on Canva to download as one PDF to email to co-workers.

Hi, I have the same problem and tried all the options suggested by Amitej below. Still not working. Have do download them as single files. My project has like 25 pages. Is there any page limit that might be what's causing the problem?

    Hi there,

     

    Sorry to hear about your difficulties. This shouldn't be happening.

     

    In such a scenario, I'd recommend you to try the following options:

    • If working from a computer, test from different browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, etc.) or from Incognito/Private browser mode.
    • Try restarting the computer after clearing the web cache and cookies.
    • If working from a mobile device, completely power it off and restart it. Also, Ensure the app and the device OS are updated to the latest version.
    • Try duplicating the project and downloading the new one as PDF to check if that makes any difference.
