Free vs Premium Sharing

Not sure if this is a bug or just a feature of the free plan. When I am shared something from someone with a premium plan, I am not able to download it. Is this the correct functionality?

Thanks for your patience. Could you please elaborate more on the issue? What happens when you're trying to download? What file format are you trying to download? Are you getting any error messages? Did you try using another browser to check if that helps?
