HELP! I have disappearing/reappearing files.

I'm just finishing my trial period of Adobe Express. So far I've been loving it. But today [the day before I'm due to pay for a yearly subscription], everything disappeared. I didn't delete them. One minute they were there and I was working in files, the next minute every single one of them just disappeared. After awhile they were back, then gone, then back and now gone. Can I expect that this is how this program/app is going to work? That's unexceptable.

Hey @Elnunya, Welcome to our Adobe Express community! 

 

This shouldn't be happening and it definitely sounds frustrating. This could be a temporary syncing or connectivity issue but we'd like to investigate it as this is not the experience we'd want you to have.  

Could you let us know if you're using the web or mobile app? Have you tried signing out and then back in once? If you're on a browser, try clearing the cache or using a private/incognito window.
