How do I download a poster?

A friend of mine made a poster in Adobe Express and shared the link with me. I have made some tweaks to the poster. I would like to download the poster (in PDF or PNG or some sort of format). When I press the "Download" button, and then "Start Download", nothing happens. I've tried creating a sample poster of my own and the same issue occurs. How do I download a poster?

Yeah this makes no sense. Spent an hour making a poster. Downloaded it several times and it doesn't show up. Turned it into a pdf which will pull the poster up, but anytime I share it on social media there is nothing there. I can pull it up in Adobe just fine, but there is some kind of problem sharing the file. Think I'll be done with Adobe, it shouldn't be this problematice.

It shouldn’t be this difficult to download and share your work, and we appreciate you flagging it. If your poster opens in Adobe Express but isn't appearing when downloaded or shared, here are a few things to try:

  1. Check download format: For social media, we recommend downloading as PNG or JPG instead of PDF.

  2. Verify storage permissions: Make sure Adobe Express has permission to save files on your device.

  3. Try sharing from within the app: Use the built-in Share > Social options to post directly.

I can download the poster in Google Chrome, but not in Firefox or Safari.

Hi,

 

did you try it on the desktop Browser or on the Smartphone App? Try maybe after Amitej's workarounds if it works on the Smartphone. I just tried it on several Browsers and it works fine for me. Hope it helps.

Try using Adobe Express on a different browser or after clearing the cache/cookies of the browser you use. You can also try working on incognito/private browsing mode to check if that makes any difference.
