How do I scroll after zooming in in Adobe Express?

Am I missing something? How do I scroll after zooming in in Adobe Express? Whenever I zoom in I can't scroll. The app zooms in on a random place on the artboard, not on the object I select, and I can't scroll to get to the object I needed to see in the first place.

I found this Adobe Express keyboard shortcuts page, which mentions several options under "Pan/Move canvas." The only one that really worked for me on my mouse-less Windows laptop was "Slide with 2 fingers on trackpad," but that does work well for me.

On Windows, make sure nothing is selected and press Control + Space Bar. A hand or fist will show up and you can drag the window/doc where you need to.

Hi @darazmr,

Thanks for sharing this helpful tip! 🙌 That’s correct — on Windows, holding Ctrl + Spacebar lets you temporarily switch to the hand tool so you can pan around your canvas while zoomed in.

I came here for this same reason.  I tried the spacebar approach and even that doesn't work very well for me. Wow, to have something so basic be so un-intuitive... VERY irritiating. I only use Adobe Express because my workplace does; it makes me glad I pay for Canva for my personal projects! I hope Adobe Express catches up someday. There shouldn't have to be multiple threads asking this exact question!!

I ended up finding a workaround, but it only works if you're on a laptop. Scrolling up, down, and side to side works on my laptop's trackpad; however, I'm still unable to scroll after zooming in using a mouse. There still needs to be a way to scroll after zooming in if you need to use a mouse (i.e., if you're using a desktop or a mouse with your laptop).

We're sorry for the delay and difficulties you're having. Could you please take a look at this article and let us know if that helps? Check the Pan / Move canvas item under the zoom section.

I can scroll up and down with my mouse, but there is no option to scroll side to side. There are no horizontal or vertical scroll bars visible and you can't drag to scroll either.
