How To Revert A Picture that has been edited or overwritten?

Community Beginner ,

Hello!

I am a bit new to using adobe express. I have made several pictures/thumbnails. Is there a way to go back to previous edits?

For example I would find a good Text/Font and a nice picture AI Gen or screen capture and then continue to create more thumbnails from its template.

Then I would download that picture.

It appears once you edit a picture and download it the previous versions are deleted or overwritten? I cant seem to find the older pictures and text I started with in the beginning.

Is there no history or autosave for each download?

Thanks

Hello, you can select the image you generated and click "Generate image" on the left panel under "Image" and see your prompt and other images that had been generated in that session, when you scroll down to the bottom of the left panel, if you don't know already. Happy designing!

Hi @Dominatus

In addition to AkinGn's recommendations, you might also check the version history, which allows you to revert to an earlier version of an Adobe Express file. After opening a file the version history is in the top left under the File menu. This help article might also be helpful too https://adobe.ly/3WtDbrJ

Best,
Dave
