I can't download a work in PDF format

hi guys, I can't download a work in PDF format. So there were a few pages I managed, but now that it has 24 pages the download process reaches 90% and stops.

Can you share some more details around your project where the issue is faced? Additional information like:

1.Number of pages in project?

2.Does the project has large number of images?

3.Is it created from existing template or created from scratch?

4.Issue screenshot.
