Unable to download progress bar not moving - July 29-31; August 4-5, 2024

I need to download my video. The pop ups loads but the progress bar is not moving. I have download file in the past and I try logging out and clearing my cache.

    Trying to download a video I created. The download pop-up opens but just sits there. Same happening with images created. Is this happening to anyone else?

      Ich habe ein Video erstellt (Animation Screen FIHO. Dieses besteht aus 2 Szenen, die ich mit einem Übergang verbinde. Sobald ich aber einen Übergang definiere, kann ich das Video nicht mehr herunterladen. An was liegt das?

        Very frustratingly I still have the same problem with all three browsers after clearing the cache and using incognito mode.


         

        Not sure if it is related but I have to use safari to chat here as I also get this error message on chrome when trying to access this message board. I do not have as proxy server or a firewall.

        Yes facing the same issue, video files that i was able to download yesterday are also not downlading right now. So it's not an issue with the new file. Adobe Support please look into this

        Habe ein bearbeitet in Adobe Express, aber es lässt sich nun nicht herungterladen. Internetverbindung ist auch ok laut speedtest.

        Yes this looks like a bug, several others like me are reporting the same problem. Adobe Support please look into this matter. It's stalling a lot of work deliverables
