Unable to download progress bar not moving - July 29-31; August 4-5, 2024

I need to download my video. The pop ups loads but the progress bar is not moving. I have download file in the past and I try logging out and clearing my cache.

à chaque fois que j'ouvre adobe express , je ne peux rien faire , car ça m dit qu'il y a des soucis de connexion (ce qui impossible car ma co internet est bonne); je vous envoi différents screen sachant que le soucis n'arrive que sur mon ordinateur . Impossible de voir aussi les modules etc...sur la version mobile ou/et un autre pc j'ai aucun soucis

Hello, est ce que le problème persiste? J'ai regardé du côté des erreurs sur express mais pas de soucis de connexion. J'essaie de voir si j'arrive à avoir d'autres informations. Est ce que du côté fournisseur d'accès tout est bon ?

Me pasa lo mismo y cuando quiero cargar màs opciones me sale un error que dice : NO SE HA PODIDO ENCONTRAR NADA- TAL VEZ REFORMULANDO LA BÙSQUEDA?. Antes no tenìa ese problema, funcionaba perfecto.

I am editing my video and as i was editing one of the splits/cuts, the page reloaded automatically and now my video is not loading. its just a gray screen and missing audio.

Thanks for your patience. Did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? You can also try clearing the browser's cache and cookies to check if that helps.
