    Is anyone else experiencing an issue with "publishing" videos? I never had a problem with the old version of adobe. Now, I have a 2 min 30 sec video of which only 1 min 30 seconds is actually publishing and it took eleven minutes fro it to go from "publishing" to "link is ready". Im on Chrome.  Never had this issue until the new Express.

    I have spent nearly my entire afternoon trying to figure this out.
    Also if anyone knows how to prevent a video that was uploaded from auto-muting and playing sound as soon as the video starts that woudl be great too

    I have been trying all day to open Adobe Express and all I get is an error message saying I can't reach this page. I have deliverables and can't access any of my work! What do I do?

    I should mention that I tried both Chrome and Explorer. I have also contacted my IT department and they haven't found a solution either.

    I gaslit myself into thinking this is my fault for relying on a reputable company for my professional work process. This is tragic. The sad part is that the updates look as though you were catering to an audience that because of the changes have all deflected to the competitor. The lack of reliability has me also pondering whether after 20 years, I should finally let go. Adobe was the reputable, professional brand. The least I could ask is they recognize that we used this for work.

    ADobe please rely. Where did the views of the webpages go? Is there a setting to activate to see them? Do the new webpages have views number on the info of the project? Please reply.

    from what we were told they no longer have this feature and don't intend to bring it back... which is shocking for those of us who are using this in a BUSINESS capacity

    At what point will Adobe please just stop saying 'we're sorry' or 'try this' - you have ruined your reputation and our work.

    Just fix the ***** thing by scrapping this so called upgrade - you are hearing loud and clear - it does not work!

    If you are the hapless souls trying to take the blame for the pickle Adobe has put you in - ask for a raise or walk.

    I have the premium version of Adobe Creative Cloud and since the new update, I can't upload and use fonts that were once a part of my brand library. I can't use Express for my quick content needs and sunk so much time into getting comfortable with the interface! Someone help, please.

    Just checking that you don't have an Education or Enterprise account -- for these account types, custom fonts need to be uploaded using a different mechanism as outlined here: https://helpx.adobe.com/express/using/custom-fonts.html

     

    If you have an individual paid account, could you please clarify if you are not seeing the Upload fonts button at all, or does it appear, but not work? In either case, please DM me you adobe id (email that you log in with).

    Hey there,

    With this new update we're unable to save webpages as PDF documents. We were using it for reports and being able to have a PDF backup was crucial. Will that feature come back? We absolutely need it. The other common thing folks have mentioned is when I'm in editing/design mode for webpages it follows our template choices and when I publish it and go to the published site it's all bolded and doesn't follow our template style. HELP PLEASE!

    Yall screwed this up good. Anytime I try to use it now (since this new one came off beta) I can only use it for a few mintues then it starts consuming my computers resourses it will get over 4 gig of ram and 100% processor. Because of this when I try to use it its extremely delayed (even something as simple as typing in next can take 5-10 minutes) and my computer gets nuclear hot. I am trying to use this on a fully updated MacBook Pro with an i5 processor and Safari web browser.

    These updates are truly terrible. Creating graphics on Spark is nebulous now. How you guys didn't add an option for old versions is truly ponderous. Bad decisions made all around.

    Adobe, what on earth have you done? Are you actually OK? Have you gone on holiday and let an intern loose? The 'new' Express is shocking. Our annual report is no longer embeddable. Styles have been ripped out and everything is in italics. Formatting is broken. This is so, so disappointing. Why not at least do a phased transition so users could choose between the old version that worked perfectly, and this one that doesn't work at all. How on earth did it get past your QA checks? Have you heard of doing a beta launch, or a trial?  Lost for words.

    Because a phased rollout would've made too much sense. We started migrating out of Express yesterday. They have no clued the damage they've done to those of us who used this product in a professional capacity.
