Thank you!! I just sent an email. I hope everyone on this thread does. Otherwise the execs are not going to be aware of the information in this thread and there is no hope of getting anything rectified.

I can't access any of my old files or templates on the new express. When I tried converting them I got the "something went wrong, can't find your files!" error. Now I can't even get to my old files as I'm automatically redirected to the new express site, where there's no option under the "your stuff" tab to transfer over my files like you say there should be. I can, at best, find them on the cloud, but there's no way to download/covert them to be used in the New express. These files and templates are for our business and we don't want to waste the time manually recreating them.

Hi there, for some reasons, I can't access new.express.adobe.com even after clearing the browsers' cache. I'm on WIn11 and tried Chrome, Edge also tried Safari on my phone too but same error message. I checked on Is It Down Right Now and it says the server is down - I'm in Canada. Also, I saw a closed Major Issue about this on your Adobe Sysem Statuts but is it fixed? Thanks!

This update is horrible, please bring back the old version of express! 😞 this version is missing many of the features I've previously used and is much more difficult to navigate. I am in the middle of creating a project currently, and I can no longer edit it using many of the tools I used before- I also can't even change some of the font sizes or other elements. This update was a huge mistake. Really disappointed.

Branding on Webpages doesn't show up on Safari, however, it works on Chrome, Firefox, and Microsoft Edge. How am I supposed to fix that and keep my branding consistent?

So - there's next to no comments on Adobe's Facebook post announceing this change. There's probably a lot of people who don't know how awful this is because it's not on Facebook. Just throwing that out there.

Remember the "Adobe Spark Post Community" on Facebook? Yeah, find that and start writing posts about how bad this product update actually is. Post on your own personal Facebook and Instagram pages. The message WILL get out. Will they pay attention is the real question.

PLEASE SOLVE THE PROBLEM, 2 days now I am trying to re educate and re organise my company's webpages and everything. So much time wasted and I cannot seem to understand the logic anymore. I edit an existing webpage and it doesn't have the update link anymore, it publishes it with a new link. Files are converting to originals, they keep being to the folder that I have originally created & to a new 'originals' folder, have no idea how to organise this thing. They don't have the 'duplicate' option anymore. The views of every webpage has dissappeared. I have deadlines that I am missing now because of I am trying to figure out this version. WE LOSE CLIENTS HERE.

Terrible 'update'. I am also getting the error message when trying to convert my old files. This is really frustrating. Is this being fixed or should I just go elsewhere? I feel like I can't trust Adobe Express if they are just going to bring in terrible updates that ruin your previous work.

Are you REALLY sorry? I mean like personally or is that on the cue card you keep repeating from? Have you even bothered to send anyone's valid complaint to someone more responsible at Corporate? Seriously, this is costing everyone money. Time is MONEY! Perhaps those of us who are able should start back charging Adobe for the loss of everything this has cost us.

I just created a new webpage and published it. Went back to make an edit, and updated the link. None of the edits show. WHY???

Hey @Ebony5DEF, I tried reproducing this, and it worked fine. I made a new web page project and published it. Made some changes to it and then re-published it. All changes were updated; let me know if you followed the same workflow.
If possible, please share a screen recording of the workflow with the error message for us to investigate. Also, the attached screenshot seems to be about an error while converting the webpage.

Hey @DoctorMadScience, Are you still encountering the same? Can you please try it once in Google Chrome's Incognito mode or after clearing the cache/cookies of the browser?
Additionally, please ensure that your browser has Javascript and hardware acceleration enabled and supports WebGL 2. Also, ensure you're not using a VPN or have an active firewall.

- Navigate to https://webglreport.com/?v=2 and confirm that it shows as green (✓ This browser supports WebGL 2)
