Is it possible to import .psd or .mogrts to CCE?

is it possible to create designs in photoshop or after effects and import them in Creative Cloud Express. If not, is this a feature that will be implemented? if yes, when can we expect it.

Hi there, thanks for writing in. Creative Cloud Express users can add Ai or PSD files from their Creative Cloud Library inside of Creative Cloud Express and it will be added as a flat-file. Is it in any way envisioned that at one point the psd import will be layered? As flat files they are not very useful.

Would be great to import a PSD where the design has been created and save it as a template where for example the text and the background picture can be edited.

Can someone from Adobe please just give a succint answer? Can mogrts be used in Adobe Express, yes or no? If it's "yes, but...." give us a high-level overview of the issues or blockers Telling us to go to support for this is like telling us to book a root canal when we want to know if a dentist does cleanings!
