Would you mind trying once after clearing the cache cookies of the browser to check if that makes any difference? For many users, such issues were resolved with this. You can also try recommended browsers like Edge, Safari, or Google Chrome. Please ensure you use the official builds. I'd also suggest you check the system requirements once.
